23點落地過來的，所以當司機開車過來説不知道停哪裡，不知道酒店在哪裡的時候有點蒙，打電話説是因為修地鐵路封了要繞一下，然後我們乾脆下車走過來的。走到酒店門口還有段台階才能上去坐電梯，電梯還不是酒店的名字是集團的名字，話説客人誰知道你什麼集團呢？這樣衹會讓人找不到北。
所有的好評都是來自於前台的熱心🐟笑臉，否則我這暴脾氣可受不了這折騰。還有就是第二天的送站，大姐特別麻利乾脆，遇到兩個大紅燈還是10分鐘就到了，所以6點班車，趕6:30高鐵綽綽有餘。
從機場和高鐵角度，這裏不錯的，但是硬件設施與提前的告知説明缺失也是硬傷，而且這兩硬傷是可以改善的，所以即便答應了微信聯繫人要好評，我也要指出來。也請不要影響她的績效，跟服務人員無關，她們做的挺好的。
濟南東真沒什麼餐飲，請自備早餐。
