這次入住特別舒心！房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全又好用，住起來特別方便。交通也很便利，出門辦事、出行都順順當當的。前台Mia辦理入住特別專業熱情，賓客關係主任還熱心幫忙，特別周到。後來收到回訪電話，能感受到酒店對服務的用心。整體體驗超棒，下次來濟南還會來這邊推薦！

第一次入住濟南美悦雲禧酒店，房間整體很舒服，衞生做得特別到位，一進門大堂有香薰很好聞，設施設備更是齊全，細節裏全是用心。前台服務人員熱情，退房Ella幫忙開發票很專業，熱情。總之住得踏實又自在，完全沒有不適感。會推薦給有需要的朋友～

第一次來濟南遊玩，選對這家酒店太滿意了！前台辦理入住時就感受到滿滿的熱情，看到我們帶孩子過來，還提前準備好了小童洗漱用品，特別貼心。退房時禮賓幫忙拉行李，賓客關係主任Ella細心辦理退房，前廳部每個員工都很熱情態度都超級好。滿分滿分，下次來濟南肯定還選這裏，必須推薦給大家！門口兩個接待小哥哥也是一百分，碰巧入住退房孩子都睡著了，幫我們拿行李，中途出去吃飯給我們拿傘，要不就落湯雞了，感謝感謝。

酒店房間很多 很乾凈，裝修很古典，設施很新，早餐 中餐 日料 火鍋基本都有，還有地上免費停車🅿，停車位很多，旁邊商場還有新能源充電車位（電車妥妥的吃飽飽），交通便捷，離濟南西站很近 去哪裡都很方便，服務也很不錯 前台和禮賓 很有禮貌 賓客主任Lorna退房後還及時詢問了入住體驗 性價比還是不錯的 贊

酒店挺不錯，在濟南西邊開業不長時間，無論大堂還是房間都特別乾淨，舒適，住起來很舒服。前台辦理業務的工作人員態度也很好，賓客主任Lorna人也好客，樂於助人，退房後方便有遺落東西也幫忙郵寄了 很負責任 有機會還會再來的。
