第一次來這家酒店 體驗感都挺不錯的，這次過來入住也很舒適，酒店雖然沒有掛星，但是感覺也是有五星級的標準的，服務也很好，我下午出門有事，物品寄存到賓客主任Lorna還耐心幫我辦理 後期回訪入住體驗，好評

來濟南這邊遊玩的，這家酒店是新開的看着地理位置啥的都挺方便的過來體驗一下，入住各方面都挺滿意的，賓客主任Lorna服務很熱情，告知我以後入住可以提前聯繫，有問題也好及時解決，非常滿意，以後還會過來入住

酒店房間很大，特別要誇的是空調很靜音，製冷效果也好，比很多其他住過的酒店強～第一次入住，算是濟南西邊性價比很高的酒店，酒店的服務人員都很熱情 房間內的設施設備都很新，環境衞生都超級好，是宋氏風格的建造，是現在很流行的中式審美觀。住的真的超滿意，退房時有遺落東西，賓客主任Lorna還幫忙就郵寄了，很負責，真的蠻細心周到的，有機會還會再回來噠！

距離濟南西站很近。下樓就是商場還有夜市，太適合出遊住宿啦！性價比超高！服務熱情，尤其是客房的朱經理，太貼心了！能主動發現我們的需求，根本不需要我們提要求，超棒！下次還來~
