The room is clean and tidy, with a separate bathroom. It's much bigger than a hotel room at the same price! Large windows provide good ventilation and lighting. The room is fully equipped and very convenient. The service of the little brother was very good. I asked many questions and answered them enthusiastically. He was very patient. First of all, let me explain that I am not picky about accommodation. I usually stay alone, have a private bathroom, not too noisy, and look hygienic and clean. It's completely acceptable. The location of this hotel is pretty good, about one kilometer away from Jinan West Railway Station. Because I arrived at night, I had to walk from West Railway Station the next night. So, I was looking for one nearby, especially one with a good boss. After seeing what other people said about this place, I chose it directly. Of course, the price is great. The reviews are right, the boss is very nice and enthusiastic. After checking out the next morning, we went to Jinan for a day of shopping. Our luggage was stored in the hotel, which was very convenient. The environment is just that of an ordinary residential building in the city. It really feels like going home. The facilities are a bit old but can be used normally. The facilities are very complete, and there is also a washing machine, so you can wash clothes even if you stay for a few days. The rooms are not too small, basically all have large beds, which is pretty good. There is a row of stores downstairs, including supermarkets, snacks, and roadside stalls. The prices are okay. The actual distance from Jinan West Railway Station. The test is that it takes about 3 minutes to go downstairs to the entrance of the community, 3 minutes to ride from the entrance of the community to outside the east square of the West Railway Station, and about ten minutes to walk. It takes less than ten minutes to enter the waiting room from the square. The time was great. One drawback is that there is no brand, and it is indeed not easy to find as someone said. Of course, I found it successfully in one go. Just call the boss in advance and don't worry too much. Also, the settings of things are not new and do not affect my use. I personally don’t care. The decoration style is that of an ordinary apartment (Beipiao), and some rooms are quite stylish.

The housing in the community is designed to be rented in groups. The boss is nice, but the accommodation conditions are really hard to comment on (the bathroom is shared, it's too bad, I suggest the bathroom be renovated. Put a few more hangers, otherwise it's fine)
