This was my first time staying at the InterCity Hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised by how impressive it was, rivaling a four-star hotel. Hotel Location: The hotel is right outside the subway and bus stops, making it convenient for visiting tourist attractions and Jinan East and West Railway Stations (Daming Lake Scenic Area is only a 10-minute walk away). Hotel Environment: The lobby is immediately filled with fragrant aromas, and the entire space feels very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. Even though they are near the elevator, it's not noisy at all. The minibar in the room not only has drinks, but also beer. Hotel Service: From the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly welcoming and proactively greeted us. Especially during check-in, our front desk assistant, Ms. Tingyou, was our housekeeper throughout our stay. She was incredibly attentive and constantly checked on our progress, which was a heartwarming experience. I'll definitely stay at the InterCity Hotel again when I visit Jinan, and I'll recommend it to others!

The newly opened hotel is very clean, the facilities are very new, and the configuration is relatively complete. It is worth mentioning that the water dispenser in Figure 2 is very convenient and easy to use. There is a removable shower in the shower, but the water pressure is very sufficient. It is basically open to produce hot water, and it does not take time to wait. The design of the clothes hanging area in Figure 4 is very reasonable and very useful. There is a platform outside the window on the second floor. The view is not very good after opening the curtains, but this deficiency can basically be ignored. It’s that the front desk staff may not be very good to hand over to each other. I changed my name for two nights and continued for one night. Then I called the front desk and said that after, there were two different front desk staff at different times. I called two calls to ask if I would renew the room. Hope this can be improved. Overall, this hotel is the final choice made by many other hotels before I came to Jinan. Health and safety can be trusted.
