11點後check in時十分混亂，客服說找不到名字，擾攘了10分鐘，最後客服又轉口説找到，當時天氣真的很熱，我和朋友在門口熱到滿頭大汗都拒絕我們進入，非常不專業。 這個價位不算便宜，但居然不提供牙刷牙膏，還說是政府規定的，為什麼在其他酒店又有？而且浴室沒有浴簾，廁所門居然不能上鎖，真的非常尷尬。而且當日入住竟然連廁紙也沒有，打了電話過去，客服大吼大叫，一直在確認房間有沒有廁紙彷彿我們在說謊，簡直在浪費時間。最後還要我們親自去拿廁紙。

The overall cleanliness of the environment needs to be improved. There are hairs of the previous guests on the floor when you enter the room. The toilet floor is not very clean. The sound insulation in the room is not very good. You can clearly hear the noise in the corridor. If you are looking for quiet, you may want to consider this.
