The hotel is located perfectly. It is in the center and on top of a shopping mall with many dining options. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and offered different dishes daily. Overall very satisfied, I would recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Jiayuguan.

This hotel was truly amazing! The room felt incredibly fresh upon entering, and the bedding was spotless. It was a truly comfortable stay. Fruit and milk were provided, and a late-night snack was even offered. And our housekeeper, Li Ping, was incredibly friendly! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly and patiently guided us. We also had quick and thoughtful responses to any small requests. For example, when I asked about nearby restaurants, she even gave us detailed recommendations for reputable ones. She was incredibly thoughtful. When I forgot something at the hotel, she even reached out and helped me return it. It was truly heartwarming!

The room is bright and clean, the indoor hygiene is very good, the linens are neatly arranged, and the comfort is high. The reception at the front desk is very good and welcoming. You feel at home when you walk in. The feedback was resolved promptly and the room was upgraded for free. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient. There is a food court just outside the door, which is worth recommending.

The waiters were friendly and sincere and were happy to answer our questions. We originally booked a king-size room, and the hotel upgraded it to a suite for free, which was very comfortable! The room was clean and the buttons to control the lights and automatic curtains were modern and easy to use. The hotel is ideally located, with many quality restaurants nearby. It is also very close to the Jiayuguan Yingbin Lake Tourist Park. It is very relaxing to walk there at night to enjoy the beautiful garden scenery.

Generally speaking, Jiayuguan Kaitong Building performs well in terms of location, service quality and environmental quality, but there are certain deficiencies in terms of price and construction. If you have higher requirements for accommodation environment and conditions, you can consider this hotel; but if you have a limited budget or have other needs for travel experience, it is recommended that you learn about other hotels in advance and make comparisons.

Very impressed with that hotel and the staff. Good location relatively close to the fortress and on the way to the wall. Plenty of food options around and more within 1 Km around. The staff at the reception were so helpful. No English spoken but with all the apps communication is not a big issue. It just take more time 🤔😅 The room was big. Great bathroom. A lot of space and storage available. Good air conditioning system. Breakfast was simply delicious and every day there were different items available. Not much western food but anyway Chinese food is healthier. Staff there was lovely. The fitness area is a bit minimalist. Self laundry is available and works great. I will return for sure. A Personal tip to people visiting Jiayuguan: I suggest getting to the wall first thing in the morning after breakfast. Taxis is the only option.In July 2024 the price I paid (Meter as usual) was 26 Yuans. After visiting that place take a taxi to the fortress (Jiayu pass) as it is on the way to the city anyway. The cost was 11 Yuans and it is very close to the fortress unlike the main ticket office located 2 Km away (where the bus nr 4 stops). Further tip if you like HotPot restaurants the NanjiaXiang is a great choice at a very reasonable price. It is 800 meters away from the hotel.

On the positive the staff was nice and location is ok. However there were around 10 mid-size blue spots on the white bedsheets that looked very suspicious The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything the other bedrooms are saying… Or doing… Additional details that is not that important but the accumulation makes it annoying is that there is no bathroom matte so it’s quite slippery when you leave the shower Overall ok-ish experience

A small refrigerator, a small dehumidifier, and an automatic sensor night light are all necessary. The TV should be 65 inches, and the bed should be comfortable...all available, meeting all-season standards. If you really want to find fault with it, there are probably two. 1. The shower water can only control hot and cold water, but cannot control the water output. From turning off to hot water, it must pass through cold water, which is not suitable for turning on and off the water saving switch during showering. 2. There is glass behind the door, so be careful

Stayed here for the second time, and it was just as good as before. The service was very enthusiastic. I sent some things to the front desk before I came. The front desk lady helped me to open the express and clean up the garbage, which was very good. Free fruit and milk, the environment is also very good, and I had a good rest. Highly recommended!

This hotel ended up being so much better than i expected. It was very affordable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is so clean and the rooms are spotless, comfortable and nicely decorated. The security was very kind and attentive as well. I really enjoyed my stay here.
