房間乾淨整潔，空調很足，湖景房，並且在陽台上有一個小湯池方便小孩玩水。目前温泉有很多湯池都沒開放，檢修中。早餐豐盛，味道也還可以。

該酒店在嘉魚市區龍頭山公園附體近，在湖泊邊上，自然環境及風景不錯，多謝前台服務員幫我們安排了一個獨立的温泉泡房，，但人氣差點，就是宣傳不到位，😀

訂的私湯温泉房還比較新，但是陽台的浴缸很臟不敢用。酒店環境還不錯，但早餐非常差，九點過去就衹剩下幾個包子饅頭了。

環境：非常老牌温泉酒店，園區的環境還是非常不錯的，正巧還遇到草坪燒烤的週年活動，人氣總體一般般吧
設施：開了應該有十來年了，設施確實很老舊
衞生：不知道是不是平時來的人不多，一推開房門就是一陣薰鼻子的氣味，半天都散不掉，整個房間這都舊舊的。
服務：基本也沒什麼服務吧，早餐也是隨便吃點，也沒什麼吃的

1.淋浴的花灑還有洗臉池水龍頭上面佈滿白色的水垢，這是我從來沒見過有哪家酒店能有這樣的清潔狀況，説明每次客人離店後酒店沒有徹底清潔房間。
2.所謂的陽台的私湯池就是一個浴缸，對面正對着湖對岸的私房，湖對岸一直到晚上都有人活動，泡澡的私密性毫無保障。
3.房間隔音極差，房間與房間之間不是實牆，疑似木板牆，隔壁小孩時不時咚一聲撞牆上，隔壁住客説的話也可以清晰聽到。
4.相鄰陽台之間的私密性也很差，我可以輕易的從酒店用來分隔兩個陽台的竹籬笆看到隔壁房間的整個陽台。
5.酒店的服務意識也很差，我們隔壁入住了一對年輕夫妻帶着兩個小孩，估計是他們樓下覺得有點吵，跟酒店前台投訴了，前台未經核實的情況下打電話質問我們是不是在發出噪音，我們家兩個人那會兒都已經躺在床上很久了。
6.陽台私湯浴缸還留着上任住客留下的浴缸固定貼，不知道是哪一任住客把房間的三個衣架掛在了陽台的竹木頂上，到我們入住一直未取下 ，説明房間裏的固定物品酒店都沒有歸位意識。
7.酒店私湯温泉的水温很低，放出來就冷了，打電話問前台要我們多放會兒 ，放了很久也不熱，遂放棄泡澡，這是最大最大的雷點，以温泉為賣點的酒店水卻不熱
