實話實説本次這個和嘉魚不夜城一起的項目套餐確實不錯，性價比也非常高，體驗感都非常好，唯獨後面發生一件事情讓人大跌眼鏡。退房時手機充電器落在房間（新手機配套快充，15分鐘充滿電）打電話去找，就是找不到，反饋也不給，一口就説沒有。整體服務人員的素質真的有待提升。

服務一般，有問題反映了讓我找預訂平台；房間沙發下面特別臟，有灰還有掉進去的東西，其實不難掃，就是不盡心吧！早餐真的一言難盡，還小氣地很，那麼多人沒吃的，有面不上，後來是貌似主管的人來了才上了一點麪，對於度假酒店來説，真的不怎麼樣。要不是因為有私湯，我也不會選擇這裏

我已經好久沒有住過這種破破爛爛的酒店了，臟亂差，年久失修。不是插座壞的就是門窗壞的，到處肉眼可見的臟！在説温泉，更衣室冷死了洗浴室騷臭，淋浴頭都是壞的，休息室冷死了。什麼鬼位置，連人都沒有還要加錢！花了700多，踩了雷，下次一定不來了。什麼鬼位置！
