設施陳舊，衞生條件差，洗手間設施過於簡陋，毛巾黑舊，鋪地毯的房間裏一股臭味，一樓到二樓的樓梯牆面掛了一塊遮瑕布也是一股臭味。性價比超級差。

酒店位置優越，在黑龍江邊上，步行不到五分鐘就可以在江邊散步，也可以坐船遊覽中俄界江，風景秀麗。酒店性價比高，這個價格能夠滿足家庭出行住宿，也沒什麼挑的。老闆娘很熱情，主動幫助長者提行李。
