Excellent service provided by reception, Tim Zhang and all the outdoor pool staff! The were many delicious western options for breakfast and in-room dining. The outdoor pool was cleaned daily and the city view from that floor was amazing! I'd definitely return. The best hotel in Jiaxing City!

Families, the small robot hotel is really a special service, what kind of bicycles do you want at this price? It is the most warm and comfortable hotel since I have lived. Juju Jujuan clean and emphasized 10,000 times. Like home, there are snacks and black tea on the first floor, and you can contact the robot anytime you need in the hotel. The robot takes your things upstairs, and you can also order takeaway. It’s really perfect, it’s too good, and then Jiaxing is delicious and fun. I want to come to this hotel next time.

Seeing that we brought 2 children, knowing that I was traveling with my parents, she took the initiative to give me meal coupons, and also gave me extra themed ice cream. When I checked in, a handsome guy took the initiative to take our luggage. This service really feels like home. Yuehe Ancient Street is right outside the door. It's so convenient. It's within walking distance to eat at my Internet celebrity restaurant. Opposite is the Nanhu Scenic Area, not too far from the ferry to the lake island, and it is also very nice to walk there to enjoy the scenery; the hotel service staff is enthusiastic and responsive to needs. It is a pity that the hotel does not have a swimming pool as a five-star hotel. It is very close to the Zicheng Ruins Park and the Catholic Church. It is worth recommending

I checked in last night. The hotel is nice. The front desk girl is very friendly and the check-in is convenient. The room is well-equipped, clean and comfortable, and well-planned. The hotel has underground parking spaces and the breakfast is quite rich. The hotel is in a good location. There are drug stores, supermarkets, and milk tea shops around, and there are more places to eat. If you stay for a few days, the places to eat are not repeated. Next time I go to Jiaxing, I will choose Jinjiang Metropolo.

All homestay in Wuchen are central control by one management. The person In charged of each homestay premises are not the boss but the restaurant operator & responsible for the housekeeping of that homestay. The linen and room are clean and neat but room size is on the small side 10m² with window river view.

Big, clean rooms with full amenities. Curteous staff. Our room was in Building 2 and the lobby felt old in line with the look of the entire water town. The room, however, was modern, big, clean with full amenities. The bed and pillow was even adjustable for the firmness. The restaurant and lobby of the building where we had breakfast was 5 star quality. The breakfast buffet spread was excellent. Could have also skipped this breakfast for the experience at the morning market. Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. Only 1 thing, it is not worth to pay for the balcony room on the top floor as it opens to a garden and not the river (no view). It may be better to take a normal room on the ground floor by the river. Also have to take own luggage up the stair case if on top floor. Otherwise, excellent.

Beautifully decorated and spotless The Inn is just 1 minutes walk from the Wuzhen West No2 entrance. The entire property, including the sitting area, breakfast room, and the room we stayed in were spotlessly clean. The Owner was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in around noon as we arrived early. Our room faced the Main Street in front of the Inn but it wasn’t noisy. The room had good AC, and even electric mosquito repellent for those who want to ensure that mosquitoes are not around. ( there wasn’t any in our room). The water pressure was good, and the toilet was well designed and maintained. Our mattress was placed on a low platform. It was ok for us to get up, but may be challenging for those with weak knees or legs. Bedsheets were clean and crisp. The room didn’t have any smell or felt stuffy. We bought the breakfast during check in for ¥20 pp, it was a great value as the good was plentiful and delicious. ( the other restaurants around the block all served traditional Chinese breakfast and seemed a bit heavy for us. Absolutely joy to stay at Eryou , and we highly recommend this place.

It is great to stay in such a wonderful hotel. The room is clean and cosy. Anyway, the femal receptionist at the service customer area near the ticket box and the girl who is in charge of our check-in should be more professional by at least smiling at us when we need help. They were just so annoying. Just one thing that made our trip less intersting. Other things were perfect.

Hotel it’s one of the best in this city . Location also very convenient and with clean and modern environment. Public areas very cold , especially at the breakfast restaurant.. suppose to be warm but unfortunately most of guest need to keep the coat on . Not suitable to eat dinner at the hotel due for the same reason . Pity .
