The person In charged of each homestay premises are not the boss but the restaurant operator & responsible for the housekeeping of that homestay. The linen and room are clean and neat but room size is on the small side 10m² with window river view.

Only 1 thing, it is not worth to pay for the balcony room on the top floor as it opens to a garden and not the river (no view). It may be better to take a normal room on the ground floor by the river. Also have to take own luggage up the stair case if on top floor. Otherwise, excellent.
