嘉興離上海很近，來了無數次。這家酒店第一次來，總體感覺還過的去。但要説下，第一房間煙味太重，看了幾個房間都是很重的香煙味。第二前台服務不盡人意，進出不招呼，無禮貌語，要瓶水送上來説要錢的，不出錢一定要當場點好評，我答應了，她還要我給手機，她當場點好評。我很無語，非常反感這種，沒給她我的手機，這點希望改進。還有客房服務的阿姨態度還是很好的。祝貴酒店生意越來越好！推薦
