Hotels in Yaohan Shopping Mall Area, Jiaxing

As a frequent guest of this corporate hotel, Jim and Angel always assist with the arrangements whenever I stay. This time, they assigned me a garden view room with a balcony. It's the closest near 5-star hotel to my company and features an internal park that's also open to the public. The price offers incredible value for money, the breakfast spread is extensive, there are two gyms, and the pool is quite lively. I also received two complimentary cookies, and they kindly packed one of my two breakfasts for takeaway.

I went on a business trip to Jiaxing but unexpectedly got an unexpected stay experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby and smelled the Longjing tea, I felt the attentiveness of this Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk used a tablet to help me complete the formalities in three minutes, and the hand-painted version of ”Xiuzhou Food Map” handed over was simply a treasure - I ate authentic Zou Daxian Yanduxiang according to the recommendation. The zero-pressure bed in the room saved me from long-term cervical discomfort. I especially noticed that the USB port at the head of the bed has a luminous function, so I don’t have to find a socket in the dark to charge in the middle of the night. The detail that the gym is open 24 hours a day is a plus. After working overtime late at night, I can even use sports equipment with ice compress function. The most unforgettable thing is the episode when checking out: I casually mentioned that I had to catch the high-speed rail, and the concierge handed me a sandwich coffee combination in an insulated bag like magic. This kind of subtle and thoughtful service is probably the highest level of the hotel industry.

A very nice, clean and tidy, relatively new hotel. It is very close, like across the street close, to an enormous mall where you can buy groceries, shop expensive watches, eat at the various restaurants and train at the gym on the ninth floor. The hotel has a true laundry with washing machines and dryers, there is an ice machine at the front desk and also a shared small fridge. Last but not least, the tram stop is just a 10 minutes walk, so you can get to the south train station with just 2¥. I will come back for sure!

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

The service is too professional! The check-in at the front desk was super fast, the room was spotless, and the facilities were complete and high-end. Living here, I feel very at ease, eating is very convenient, there are many fast food restaurants behind the mall, there is Haidilao on the second floor, Jiaxing is the first choice for business trips! 👍

Overall it's pretty good. Although it's a new hotel, it's still okay to stay here. There's no problem with the bad environment as expected. Facilities: Great, fully intelligent Sanitation: Very good. At first I thought there was something dirty on the bed. Later I called the front desk and they patiently told us that it was made of cotton seeds. Environment: Very good. Facilities: The hair dryer is quite powerful and the food delivery robots are relatively well equipped. Hygiene: The overall hygiene is clean and tidy, especially the bath towels and towels are very new and fragrant and soft. Environment: It is relatively close to Yaohan and it is more convenient to travel. When I first read the reviews, I was worried that formaldehyde would be present in a new hotel, but there was no such thing. Each room is equipped with 8 bottles of water. It is really hard not to like it. Service: My husband and I stayed on July 7th. We were given roses when we checked in. There was also ice cream in the lobby. The takeaways ordered by the greedy girl were delivered promptly. Contacting the front desk was also prompt. Amway: Sisters who come to Jiaxing really recommend this hotel🏨The shampoo and conditioner are all new. There are no foreign objects in the shower when it is removed. It is very clean. Even if it looks shabby from the outside, the quality of the service and rooms in the entire hotel is still very cost-effective. Check-in and check-out are fast and there is free parking. The front desk staff are very gentle and patient. Highly recommended! ! The money is confiscated. Chinese people don’t lie to Chinese people.

酒店處在市中心，附近吃喝玩樂都很方便10分鐘就可以抵達。酒店服務員非常熱情，前台經理小喬，幫我安排合適家庭住的房間，孩子受到特別的關照，洗漱用品和拖鞋，還有玩具都安排好了。不需要擔心。房間佈置很古樸，科技感的設施少了點，但也體現出酒店的服務價值，大堂的顏色能看出二十世紀出的金碧輝煌，2天1夜的嘉興遊玩，下次還會選擇陽光雷迪森酒店

The hotel environment is OK, the goods are of good quality and the price is low. This price can be regarded as very cost-effective. The breakfast was quite rich and the waiter was very enthusiastic. I was afraid of the cold due to the sudden drop in temperature, so I asked the waiter for a quilt, which was delivered quickly. Thank you for your service.
