新樓那邊的房間滿了，所以定了老樓的單間，隔音較差，跟新樓那邊沒法比，當然價格也就在這裏，要求也不能太高！服務一般，一直如此。

24年11月16日18點30分左右到酒店，天色有點暗，走進大堂前台，接待入住的服務員（男性），頭也不抬，也不打招呼，服務態度極差，就讓出示身份證登記，我提議考慮安排乾淨點的房間，直接説沒有了，我説我是攜程上訂的房間，再是伯全會員，能否通容一下，理都不理，好是別人欠了他多少債，還是酒店欠他多少錢，五鑽酒店理應禮貌待客，碰上這樣的人員，真心無語，想想就住一晚，懶得投訴，將就着住了靠近電梯口的401房，第二天退房問了前台接待，這位服務員叫俞軍，希望酒店管理層加強員工在這方面的教育與培訓，提高員工的素質。説點好的，酒店地理位置不錯，交通出行方便，早餐過得去，對酒店服務有要求的，建議避坑。
