作為一家豪華型渡假酒店，湘家盪君瀾的硬件條件還可以。房間挺寬敞的，視野也不錯。酒店除了客房部分，户外的佔地空間也很大，綠化率高，環境怡人，有步行道直通湘家盪。然而軟件服務方面遠未達到豪華渡假酒店的標準。酒店室內區域空間大，雖然有一些不顯眼的標識指示，仍然很容易迷路。前台的幾位工作人員服務還不錯，其他人員包括中餐廳、自助餐廳的工作人員感覺都漫不經心。中餐廳的菜品水準還過得去，自肋早餐品質實在是差，無論是西式的麪包、培根、薯條、小蛋糕還是中式的餛飩、麪條都很差。不會再入住。

酒店就在湘盪湖邊，主打民國風格，客房、盥洗、衞浴都很寬敞，總體感覺舒適、安靜，即便節假日滿房的情況下，晚上也很安靜。早餐很豐盛，就是用餐高峯，食品添加有點跟不上。晚餐我們用的是自助餐，性價比一般。不足之處是：淋浴房熱水温度不是很熱，水量較小。空調温度無法達到預期，室温始終在21、2度左右，洗澡出來會覺得很冷！酒店環境不錯，花園面積較大，活動項目也蠻多，小朋友友好！

酒店距市中心有點遠，吃飯及臨時購物有些不便，但酒店硬件設施和服務都很好。自駕去嘉興完全可以接受。
