我們訂的是雙床房，房間面積很大，設施齊全。服務也是可以的。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱台盆有2個，很寬敞。馬桶非智能馬桶，比較一般。

酒店環境不錯，房間很大還有露台。唯一不滿的是去中餐廳吃飯一個小時還有菜沒上，催了幾次最後告訴我廚房漏單了，服務上存在很大問題。

酒店就在湘家盪邊上，隨時可以去遊湖很方便。房間非常寬敞，設計也算獨特。酒店大堂過道有很多民國風格的設計，看得出來很多大姨都很喜歡，紛紛在這幾個地方拍照留影。
酒店的中餐廳的大廚的手藝其實是很棒的，就是點菜的app有點問題，有的菜都會顯示不出來…早餐也是可以的，就是不能外帶咖啡是個缺點…

帶5個月大的寶寶第一次旅行，酒店給準備了嬰兒床，而且把我們和長者的房間安排在一起。房間很大，很乾凈。
加了前台小姐姐肖肖的微信，需要一次性用品，房間打掃什麼的都回復的很及時，五星好評

酒店環境優美，酒店的後門直通湘江盪環湖景區。客房寬敞明亮，有智能馬桶，有陽台，很漂亮！早餐很豐富，周邊環境也很好！酒店的工作人員都很友好，微笑服務，很暖心！由其驚喜的是，機器人送我們回客房的服務，冷冷的機器人，一路上嘰裏咕嚕，不時的提醒着我們，它的服務，充滿了温馨，感覺真好！太讚了！這是一次很愉快的旅行。
