為了參加嘉興馬拉松，訂了離起點2公里的萬豪酒店，辦理入住很順利，前台Gavin先生服務很周到，問我是不是來參加馬拉松，比賽日早上四點半酒店為選手準備了熱心早餐，兩個麪包，一包堅果，一個香蕉，一個士力架，真的是貼心，當天入住酒店還給升級了高層景觀房，晚上點了一個外賣，外賣小哥説放在大堂外賣櫃裏，我問Gavin外賣櫃在什麼地方，他主動説讓同事給我送到房間，真的是非常感謝，週六早餐在5樓吃的，菜品很豐富，煮了一個麪也很好吃，咖啡不錯，再去嘉興還會住萬豪

環境很不錯。旁邊是個商場可以出去逛逛。房間不算大，有獨立的浴缸可以泡澡。酒店的床墊有點往兩邊坍塌，總體還算可以。

這次來嘉興是參加馬拉松的，未入住酒店前台提前幾天打電話問詢有沒有什麼需要的，得知我跑馬後將房間延遲到下午三點退房，太貼心了
入住當天整體感覺都非常好，前台小哥哥態度非常好，酒店還為跑馬選手每人準備了一份早餐，從早上四點半開始就有，這一點我在其他地方跑馬都沒有感受過👍
酒店的全身鏡拍照還特別好看，光線很好

陪老公跑馬拉松提前一週預訂的房間，入住時前廳經理王健旭當得知訂單未享受嘉興政府補貼300優惠時，幫我們取消了原訂單併為我們的房間升了級，且給了兩早優惠，讓我們感受到酒店確實在為顧客着想的那份真誠。酒店還提供了參賽包早餐，並將退房時間延長到下午3:00，非常貼心。酒店對面是星河coco city，有不少餐食店及供小孩玩的項目，非常好的入住體驗
