這次入住月河客棧，前台員工玲果的服務給我留下了極為深刻的印象。抵達時，我提前了些時間，本以為要等待辦理入住，沒想到前台工作人員熱情又高效，迅速幫我安排妥當，還貼心介紹了周邊好玩的地方和特色美食。 過程中，他們始終面帶微笑，語氣温柔親切，讓人如沐春風。

設施：設施很好，電視機還能點播節目，有一些電影，電視劇和綜藝可以選。網絡也挺快的。
衞生：整體衞生挺好的，洗手間淋浴間也很大，房間層高挺高的，不覺得壓抑，床品也都很乾凈。但是要提一個意見，房間的窗簾，靠墊等有點煙味，因為布料很容易吸味道，所以以前的煙味都留着，聞着不舒服，建議酒店收掉房間內的煙灰缸，更換部分房間內的窗簾和靠墊，整理出一批完全禁煙的房間，另外一些房間允許抽煙（如果嘉興沒有室內全禁煙這個規定的話），因為對不抽煙的人來説，哪怕保留的一點點煙味，都會很敏感！所以0.5分扣在這裏。
環境：酒店環境非常好，很優雅，很安靜，距離月河街區也很近，遊玩起來很方便。
服務：各項服務都很高。早餐豐富，麪檔味道也很好。

在景區裏面的酒店 環境非常不錯 早餐也很不錯
有少數房間臨近外面的酒吧 晚上隔音不好 入住時建議跟前台溝通房間 之後會帶上家人前往
