服務：超級好。服務人員都很積極。前台的玲果姐姐特別熱心，大半夜下着雨還給我們換房間，還給我們嘉興遊玩攻略。還有一個哥哥幫我們拎行李。謝謝玲果姐姐
可以説是酒店界的海底撈了吧😂
晚上9:00-10:30有免費的粥品和蒸點自助夜宵。
早上7:00-10:00 有自助早餐，9:30可能會開始收，一定要注意時間！

嘉興月河客棧，房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，衞浴分離，房間做了升級，推門出去是露台，白牆黛瓦、小橋流水，宛如一幅江南水墨畫 。早餐種類豐富。服務人員熱情，前台玲果非常熱心，為我們設計了美食和旅行的攻略，辦入住時有服務員全程帶路送進房間，服務貼心 。送的非遺項目體驗，性價比高 。

感謝酒店根據個人的特殊情況給升級了房間，位置緊鄰月河街區出行比較方便，總體的環境設施服務都不錯，早餐種類也很豐富。
然後説下缺點吧，就是因為其他各方面都挺好，包括床品也很舒適，卻偏偏毛巾浴巾很破舊，這點就很掉感，希望能改進～
