房間乾淨整潔，服務態度特別熱情有禮貌。點名表揚張屹玲果小姐姐服務態度超級棒給我們升級了房型。但是酒店有一個月河街區品質商家折扣的活動，我們專門冒雨去五條人糖水鋪想使用房卡享受8.8折優惠，但是商家態度很惡劣稱從來沒有和別人有任何合作，我們衹能掃興回房。問樓下前台也一問三不知連聲抱歉都沒有。

月河客棧，古色古香，佔地面積大，和月河古鎮相連。客棧的服務員很熱情，尤其是一位叫想屹玲果 的服務員，帶我去看客房，耐心的介紹。最終我住進來滿意的客房。餐食也很不錯。下次一定會再來住。

服務熱情 ，有耐心，緊鄰月河街區 ，出行方便 ，衞生還不錯 ，早餐品種比較多，辦理入住 ，退房都很方便 ，有機會再來。

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，特別是前台美女小姐姐張屹玲果，服務超級超級超級好！！！！下次來玩還會來這邊找她辦理！！！推薦的吃的也超好吃！！會推薦朋友來入住！辦理入住快，房間設施齊全，床很舒適，很不錯！離景區也近。

There is a large piece of mold on the top of the shower room in the other room, and the two rooms will smell the smell of the toilet after staying for a while, and there is a problem with the drainage. Yuecai faces the bar street. When checking in, the front desk will remind you that it will be noisy before 12 o'clock in the evening, which really makes you feel like you are there. If you want to go to bed early before 12 o'clock, it is not recommended to stay in Yuecai River View Room. Other room types should be much better than Yuecai.
