酒店服務很好，感謝前台林果小姑娘，正好碰到生理期來臨，小姐姐貼心的送給我她自己用的衞生巾和一片暖寶寶，暖心☺️還有晚上值班的一位小哥哥，態度也非常好，老顧客了，以後還會入住！

房間設施齊全，有一些小細節，比如床邊有充電線 馬桶智能。房間還有陽台可以看到正好在河邊，還能坐在陽台上看書發呆，真是別有一番情趣。茶几上放着幾本書也很有文化氣息，書還不錯，基本是名著或名作家的作品。服務周到，前台小妹妹叫張屹玲果的，全程服務貼心周到耐心，不厭其煩，正好我帶着80多歲的父母，她特別熱心禮貌，讓我們感到很温暖貼心，令我印象深刻，感謝她！

春節期間可能人手不足吧，服務一般，早上服務員兩次敲錯房門。衞生間電吹風插座壞的，不能在鏡子前吹頭髮，電視機壞的，晚上找服務員修好的。
但酒店環境確實可以，隔音很差，雖然花錢升級了月輝，但依然能聽到酒吧街的聲音。

十年前和五年前都來住過，很喜歡這樣的民宿型酒店，這次入住感覺酒店有些陳舊了，設施有點跟不上，好在地理位置極佳，緊挨着老街，但卻又是鬧中取靜的地方。吃吃喝喝都方便，服務人員的態度和以前一樣很好。

入住期間出現一些些小插曲，前台小姐張屹嶺果很負責的幫忙解決，服務非常熱情，還贈送了早餐，一定要給個大大的好評。酒店景色也很不錯。之前4月份和朋友入住果一次，這次和家裡人過年出遊，又果斷的選擇了酒店，下次來還會繼續入住。
