前台主動給升級了行政房，房間很寬敞，送了歡迎水果。房間温度很好，很温暖。也很乾凈，訂了4天，又續住6天。尤其是清掃房間的王雲昌服務員，非常細心，服務很細緻，看見我的化粧品擺放在洗手枱上，特意在下面墊了小毛巾，並且留了小字條温馨提示，讓人感覺非常温暖貼心，而且每次在走廊中遇見都會微笑☺️主動問候，輕聲細語讓人感覺很舒服。在衞生服務這一塊給滿分。還有前台的服務也非常不錯。對於我們的每天的要求都能夠及時的回覆和積極反饋。酒店有機器人送外賣。早餐的餐廳服務員每個人也都非常好，微信服務，主動撤餐盤。會主動在早餐10點結束之前詢問是否需要去加食物。有現磨咖啡，很好。唯一對早餐不太滿意的地方就是菜品一成不變。第二週的時候變換了一道菜，過年期間初二的時候變換了一道菜。總體來説酒店的環境各方面還是不錯的，只有2點不太滿意。一個是地理位置稍微有點偏，在高架橋的附近，另一個就是早餐太單調。服務nice.

每年過年期間都會來一次嘉興，來嘉興一定會訂富悦，服務很好，有什麼問題都能很快的解決。早餐該有的都有吧，小餛飩不錯，年三十這天吃了自助晚餐，東西好像比以前少了點，希望能改進，畢竟年三十了，價格本來就比平時貴，其他方面，健身房，游泳池，因為就住了一天，比較匆忙，沒去體驗，下次來嘉興還是會首選富裕。

房間設施不錯，這個價位還是超值的，富悦是嘉興老牌五星酒店，裝修很新，床鋪舒適，有浴缸。升級了行政樓層視野確實很好！就是樓道里中央空調有煙味，冬天空調非常暖和，空調聲音有點大，被子有點厚，這些可以改善下，服務衞生都不錯了，還是值得再次入住都，孩子很喜歡。
