Very comfortable living

It's a relatively large hotel, but you can tell it's a bit older. First, when we checked in at 3:00 PM, we were told that many rooms weren't ready yet and we'd have to wait a long time. The only room left was the one at the very edge, which I didn't really want. It was like being told, "You have to have this room!" This attitude was very uncomfortable. The only points I give for the service were for the uncle at the door, who helped carry our luggage in and out. Thank you for your hard work. Second, because the hotel is quite old, the amenities are quite old, like the hair dryer, bathroom toilet, and so on. There were also a few other things that weren't quite right, like the dim lighting in the room, which made it difficult to pack properly. Cleanliness was okay. Finally, there was a huge gap between the headboard and the backrest, which was quite disturbing.
