房間硬件還行，就是空調製熱不行，酒店非常差，聽説員工3個月不發工資，臉上都不高興，以後不會再住這家酒店了！

酒店的空調温度很不穩定，晚上空調會從熱風吹成冷風，房門上鎖警報聲音響很久，很吵；水單價格跟發票價格不同，且拒絕重新開具跟客人實際付款金額相同的水單，離店後與微信客服溝通，酒店客服不作為，不解決問題，且不回覆信息，活久見這麼奇葩的酒店。

環境還不錯，適合三五好友帶孩子週末度假，但是酒店用餐非常不方便，需要團隊訂餐。希望酒店能有一些空間給到散客出遊的遊客，來進行小範圍的自行聚餐。

酒店位置一般、附近幾乎沒有餐飲。好在裝修環境還可以。但是説一下缺點或者説不可接受的地方，第一，房間沒有浴巾，這個價格沒浴巾説不過去。打電話問前台，告知分房型配送，活久見。第二，酒店的配套健身游泳設施屬於對外開放的，裏面亂的一塌糊塗。我去游泳，拖鞋浴巾以及洗浴用品一概沒有。我洗好衹能穿着酒店拖鞋濕淋淋的跑回房間。如果是家庭出行，不建議。可能衹是適合團隊遊的地方。

新的酒店內環境不錯👍，尤其倆條長廊有設計感，但荷花池有些亂，種的綠花太多，就給人感覺有點亂糟糟；房間佈局尚可，但個別房間空調温度不行，打了幾個小時室內温度30+，客房服務有待提高；歺廳菜餚口味不錯，可感覺歺廳服務員太少，尤其看到有團隊在，那是一個亂，服務沒章法，有的團隊有吃，有的團隊要等下一鍋，到最後大家搶菜😛，可能預售部門與歺廳沒有協調好，這麼好的一個酒店會造成吃飯靠大家搶實不應該，建議應把團隊與散客分開就歺，否則太亂。相信酒店一定會引起重視，但願以後再來能看到一個新面貌。
