焦作當地朋友介紹的這家酒店，説是離高鐵站近，的確如此，交通比較方便。酒店老式裝修，設施比較陳舊，大堂和走廊都不開空調，説是費錢。沒有自助早餐，送餐進房間，説是餐廳裝修。前台服務態度不好，朋友問了一句怎麼不開空調，對方態度還挺不耐煩的。房間空調可以，想讓人送瓶礦泉水來，發現電話是壞的。總之，和以前國營旅館差不多吧。唯一值得表揚的是打掃房間和送飯的阿姨態度很好。

我是看4星才預訂的酒店，結果給2星吧，一星給那個徒有其表的大堂，一星給客房服務人員的。
環境：預訂了標間雙人，下午6點到了前台問是否可以升級，説肯定選一個讓我滿意的房間，其實還是標間，完全沒有升級而且衹有一張房卡，多做一張都沒有，説每個房間衹有一張。
舒適度：進房間，先洗了澡結果一開浴霸，頭頂的嘩啦啦就流下來水了，調了半天才到手持，而且手持花灑是一款非常非常老舊的花灑，漏水漏的一塌糊塗。洗了一半才發現沒有洗髮水和沐浴露，中途去洗手枱找沐浴露和洗髮水，非常非常mini的兩瓶塞在牙刷牙膏盒裡麪。鏡子上還有一派大大的子“請珍惜每一滴水”我去！
房間也很古老，座機是壞的我打前台來修，搞了半天去給我換了一個更老的電話，上面沒有任何提示，我也不知道這個電話能打給誰！
早餐是盒飯裝的，是沒有堂食的，我説checkin的時候問我幾點吃。
就這樣的酒店還能有4星？一星也夠嗆，比不上快捷酒店，不知道點評上推薦入住的怎麼評的，好無語的一次住宿。

老牌酒店，入住都是靠手寫的紙牌，很有年代感。房間衞生乾淨，設施陳舊。前台沒啥服務，還沒到酒店，也沒到退改鎖定時間，前台就已經反饋攜程已入住，本想操作系統換個房型，還要聯繫客服辦理，造成不便。酒店本口停車位多，停車方便。
