首先我一般不寫評價，好壞就那樣了，但是這次的體驗，讓我不滿意，離店櫃枱人員讓我寫好評，我衹能説真實體驗感受。
第一晚入住的時候，晚上準備睡覺，掀開床，發現床單有污漬，上一位房客離房，沒有更換床單，床單上那塊污漬，是拿衞生紙簡單擦了一下，衞生紙屑還在上面，我打了客房電話，很快一位保潔阿姨過來看，發現就是沒有更換，還問我是什麼時候入住的，我説當天下午5點左右，放下東西就出去了，當天晚上9點準備睡覺掀開被子才發現，保潔阿姨説的意思應當是當天別的保潔值班員以為是續住就沒有打掃徹底，然後給我換了床單被單，還告訴我第二天中午讓給跟櫃枱説讓打掃一下房間，再換一次，於是晚上快十點我們就衹能穿着睡衣在樓道等着換。很煩躁。第二天，18號保潔人員，體型有點壯的那位姐，下午五點給房間打掃的很乾凈，床品也都有更換，人也很熱情。
第二，房間總體很小，不朝陽，房間有點潮，後面有個停車場和醫院，白天會非常吵，睡的不踏實。
第三，房費會突然上漲百分之60，我還以為是週末原因，詢問得知，是開什麼演唱會，這個我理解，畢竟開酒店要賺錢，但是通過對比各大app發現周圍其他酒店房費並沒有上漲，一些反而降價了。而且酒店附帶的早餐和價格，都附帶一些套路，會花冤枉錢。所以這點我不做其他評價。
第四，為什麼選擇這家酒店，22年和家人一起住過，感覺還可以，所以這次繼續選擇非繁，但是這次幾天體驗，讓我感覺非常不好，對比周邊的酒店，非繁幾百一晚的價格舒適度和體驗感以及性價比就差很多了。粉轉路了。

離火車站很近，不過要注意出對廣場，不然繞很遠
房間不大，設施算齊全，還比較乾淨，對付一晚沒問題
周圍也比較方便，適合週轉一下，要求不高很適合
