Ramada by Wyndham Hotels in Jiaozhou

This was my second time staying at this hotel for a business trip to Qingdao. Even before checking in, I received a warm call from the hotel staff asking if I needed complimentary airport pickup service. This made me feel incredibly cared for right from the moment of my arrival. Upon arrival at the hotel, the check-in process was quick and efficient. The front desk staff thoughtfully reminded me that I could pre-book airport drop-off service for the next day, which was very considerate. The room was clean and bright, the linens were soft and gentle on the skin, making for a particularly comfortable sleep experience. The next morning, I ran into the hotel's General Manager during his inspection near my room. He proactively and kindly greeted me, which made me feel very respected. It's worth mentioning that the hotel lobby now offers Qingdao draught beer service, and they also provide in-room dining options. When it was time to leave for the airport, the hotel shuttle was already waiting at the lobby entrance. The General Manager personally saw off every guest, not only helping load luggage into the car but also carefully closing the car door and waving goodbye. The service was incredibly attentive to every detail. Upon arrival at the airport, the driver proactively reminded us of the departure hall's floor, helped us with our luggage, and politely bid farewell to each guest. The entire stay was incredibly smooth and warm, with thoughtfulness evident in every detail. I very much look forward to my next opportunity to stay here.
