자오둥 공항에서 호텔 2층으로 바로 통하는 길이 있어서 너무 편했습니다 공항에서는 국제선 출국장 층에서 왼 쪽 구석으로 가면(공항 들어오는 입구를 바라보는 위치에서 왼쪽) 바로니 호텔로 통하는 길이 있습니다
처음 잡았던 호텔이 너무 엉망이라 당일 급하게 예약했었는데
데스크 직원이 응대를 잘해주셨고 금연룸, 트윈베드로 추가 요청도 응대 잘해주셨습니다
엘베 사용법도 친절히 알려주셨구요
다만, 4월 23일 오후 8시즈음 문의할게 있어서 로비에 갔었는데 당시 근무하시던 여자 직원분의 태도는 불쾌했습니다
호텔 위챗 큐알을 알려달라고하니 뜸을 들이며 마치 알려주기싫은것처럼 고민하더니 어쩔수없다는듯 위챗 큐알을 알려는줬는데
제가 그 자리에서 친구 추가 메세지를 보내도 수락을 안해주더군요
당시 로비가 바쁘다거나 하지는 않았습니다
손님 응대없이 직원분들끼리 자연스러운 스몰토크를 하고 있는 상황이었어요
그래도 이유가 있겠거니 하고 기다렸는데 24일 오전까지 친구 수락을 안해주더군요
그래서 체크아웃 하는 24일 오전에 로비에 가서 다른 여자 직원분께 다시 호텔 위챗 큐알을 요청하니
어제와는 다르게 바로 큐알 보여주시고 친구 신청도 바로 수락해주셨습니다
그저 수락만 해주면 될것을 다음날 아침이 될때까지 왜 수락을 안해주었는지, 왜 위챗 큐알을 알려주지 않으려 뜸을 들였는지 외국인 관광객 입장에서는 불쾌하더군요
그 여자 직원분은 다시 교육을 하셔야 할 것 같습니다
그 외에 호텔의 전반적인 부분은 매우 만족했습니다
공항 바로 근처지만 비행기 이착륙 소리도 안크고 괜찮았어요
쉬는데 방해될정도의 소음 절대 아님
