首先感謝Leo的服務，他給我們帶來了舒適滿意的一趟旅程。
酒店的設計典雅大方，內部裝潢温馨舒適，每一個細節都透露出對品質的追求。
客房寬敞明亮，透過窗户，自然景色一覽無遺，使人瞬間融入自然的懷抱。三個餐廳可以滿足我們味蕾的需要，不怕沒有合適的食物，自助餐的味道很符合我的口味。
酒店的設施完善，健身中心、以及湖邊的休閑區，都是為了幫助我在欣賞美景的同時，找到內心的平靜和放鬆。公區服務人員親切友善，他們的專業服務確保每位客人都能享受到賓至如歸的感覺。
有一點小瑕疵就是擺渡車我們會等待比較久時間，外面的天氣比較燥熱，希望加派車輛。
總的來説，三岔湖洲際酒店以其樸素而不失豪華的風格，為每一位來訪者提供了與這裏，是繁忙生活中的寧靜港灣，是心靈得以舒緩的理想之地。

入住當天因為騎行比賽管制下午房間一直沒有出來。前台開了單子可以帶小朋友先去水樂園玩。結果出來房間還沒有收拾乾淨，又等了半小時。酒店客服鄢雨芝打電話詢問就提了這個事情，當時衹是希望酒店這方面後續楠儘量改進，尤其是假期。結果小鄢還送了水果並一再表示歉意，非常不錯的工作人員！經常入住的酒店，適合帶小朋友假期玩水。這樣的服務態度能希望一直保持！
