衞生還不錯，房間看起來比較整潔。房間是可以吸煙的，但是本人不吸煙，入住的房間已經被之前的客人們的二手煙醃入味了，曬的自己的毛巾之類掛了2天拿下來都是一股三手煙味。

酒店的設施很新，服務態度也很好，建始縣城不大，住在這裏去哪裡都方便。這是家寵物友好酒店，在這樣的小城市實在難得，工作人員對寵物的態度也很好，希望帶寵的旅客共同維護這家有温度的酒店。
