進來後跟我們説有明天有婚宴要我們提前退房，晚上6點左右入住，早上10點就要退房，還説什麼本來特價房，洗手枱鬆動，馬桶鬆動，床上褥子有沒洗乾淨的斑點
雖然後來第二天沒有催促退房，但是退按金等了很久，體驗感不好

衞生間下水口用塑料袋裝水堵着，估計怕有異味，衞生間淋浴沒有拖鞋，我差點摔倒，冷熱水沒標記，由於衞生間空間問題不是冷就是熱，燒水服務員告訴我可以在床頭燒水，其他地方沒有插座。服務挺好還告訴我不要燙傷了，電視也看不了，説是再裝修。
