設施：對住酒店來説基本設施都有這一點毫無疑問，但配備浴缸的房間卻不配備一次性浴缸套這一點令人費解。我可以接受收費使用但不能接受沒有這樣一個選項，更甚在我向前台提出是否有消毒產品可使用時，前台給出的回答是：這都是顧客自己準備的，酒店怎麼可能給你提供。那我請問我出錢住酒店的意義在哪裡？不如到哪買套房全權備齊好了。給其他住店的朋友一點建議，附近的外賣還不錯，有各種一次性用品可購買，也比酒店提供的個別產品（如一次性浴巾等）划算。
衞生、環境：不明白是這家店開了很久還是沒有去維護，一出電梯到達住宿層就會聞到很大的黴味、濕味、煙味，不求香噴噴的至少保持通風乾凈衞生很簡單吧？房間廁所淋浴處的地面也存在多處死角未打掃乾淨，房間用的還是地毯，不知道多久才會打掃一次，反正光腳是絕對不敢踩的，可以明顯看到多處色斑、飲料留在上面的痕跡。
服務：別的不説，光從尋求浴缸袋這一點大家應該就可以看出部分，另外，辦理入住時收取本人的按金高於其他顧客這一點我實在無法認同。隨着當今社會的發展，國內90%以上的酒店已採取快捷退房、不收取按金的形式，而該酒店不僅不與時俱進，甚至在本人退房時才發現該酒店收取其他客户的按金為200元而對本人收取的按金金額卻是兩倍400元，房間內的所有設施，除基本的洗漱用具外其餘物品均額外收取費用，以此給各位住客一個參考。

酒店的位置還是不錯的，在前台遇到一個叫**的接待，讓我把在攜程的訂單退掉直接在她們前台交錢，沒有達成一致意見，後來以各種理由對我及客人百般刁難，素質非常差非常可惡，下圖就是她給我安排的她們酒店平常不開的最差的房間，有圖有真相，大家看看這位**同志的小肚雞腸，或者説她們酒店所有的房間的設施都是這樣嗎？建議酒店加強對員工的素質培訓！
