It's also quite shabby, not to mention the room. There are food scraps on the balcony and cigarette ashes in the bathroom, which is outrageous. You can imagine how perfunctory the cleaning of this hotel is and how worrying the hygiene is. The exhaust vent of the bathroom is still wide open, which seems to be enough. The room is cold. The air conditioner has been on for a whole night and it is not warm. You can only wear thick clothes to sleep. The staff can't solve it. Most people come to Jianhe to soak in hot springs in winter, which is really related to the temperature. There is no phone in the room to contact the lobby. The slippers given are very twisted, and the soles are just two thin pieces, and they are broken. This hotel here is indeed not as expensive as the international hotels, but the contrast with this environment is too big. And the price of this hotel is not low either. It is completely mismatched. I feel that the international hotels over there are maintained because they are used for reception, but here I feel that they don't care about or maintain it. At least basic hygiene should be guaranteed. I came here to soak in the hot springs a few years ago. This time the experience was terrible, and the hot springs were the same. The changing rooms in the lobby are super cold. The whole hot spring town needs to be improved in every aspect.
