出乎意料的好，前台和客房的服務人員都很客氣、有禮貌，笑臉盈盈的，感覺很舒服。早餐也很豐富、很棒。
衞生：乾淨、衞生。
環境：方便。
服務：超好。
因為去體驗萬聖節方特，所以沒在酒店參加活動什麼的，也沒了解有沒有，不過光是住宿，已經很滿意啦！
