酒店真的是在山上，除了繞山公路外還要開一條步道繞上去，但上了山後景色真的很美，空氣很好！收穫滿眼的藍和綠！老闆熱情好客，基本和住客都能聊成朋友，早餐是手工包的肉包和捲心菜包子，捲心菜包子還是第一次吃！還有阿姨下的西紅柿雞蛋麪，味道不錯感覺很健康！老闆還有兩衹神氣的緬因貓，表面威武，實則性格温順夾子音，喜歡你還會跟你翻肚皮求摸摸！遠離都市在山裡靜心兩天確實非常治癒！

五一前半個月訂的房間，價格適中，比較後發現基本沒漲價，上漲幅度不超過100元，火速訂房了。
民宿和照片上一樣，前年開業，硬件很強，設計簡約合理，也許有客人取消了房間，入住時老闆幫忙免費升了房間。
1.民宿位於山頂，是洪福村唯一的民宿，有景觀路一直修到門口，民宿提供早飯，晚飯可到村口第一家農家樂（舒心飯店），村子依山而建，沒有作商業開發，觀賞性很強。
2.民宿內基礎設施完善，房型全面，户型寬敞，每間房都開大窗，視野極佳。房間家電基本都是智能家電，小米品牌為主。沒有花裏胡哨的設計手法，衹有舒適的體驗。
3.山下就是溪流，老闆有很多魚竿，現在5月多雨，水深不適合釣魚，但我還是網了些螺絲。夏天更適合溯溪撈魚。
衹住了一晚，早上從衢州市區開車到江郎山，下午4點開過來，不到1小時到達民宿。你如果行程不緊張，可以在民宿附近轉轉。
