Hotels in Wanda Plaza/Huaqiao Square, Jiangmen

Choosing this hotel was a spontaneous decision, but it ended up being a delightful surprise. It even made me decide to extend my stay at 3 a.m., and I convinced my friend, who had already booked another hotel, to switch to this one. We arrived in Jiangmen at 12:30 a.m. and found that this was a brand-new hotel. There were ample parking spaces in the two underground garage levels. The entire staff, including Jason, Bella, Susie, William, Coco, and others, provided us with a very welcoming service, truly making guests feel at home. The lobby had a welcome spread of fruits and drinks, and it was clean and bright. The room layout was well thought out, spacious, and tidy. The hotel amenities were eco-friendly without compromising on luxury. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, even making someone like me who doesn't usually eat breakfast have quite a bit. The staff were warm, sincere, and genuinely listened to guest feedback. Both my family and friends agree that this team has greatly increased our affection for the Poltton brand. Jiangmen is traditionally known as a home for overseas Chinese, and many come back to visit their families. I must say, the hotel's family-style service model was refreshing and made a great impression. I've already recommended it to many of my overseas relatives and friends. I sincerely wish you to keep your original intentions and continue to improve. Keep up the good work! 选择这家酒店是一个临时起意的决定，没想到却带来了很大的惊喜，甚至让我在凌晨3点决定加定一晚，并让原本已经订好其他酒店的好友也改定在这里。半夜12点半才到的江门，发现这是一家全新的酒店，地下两层车库有充足的停车位，全体工作人员，包括Jason，Bella，Susie，William，Coco等一众员工都给我们提供了非常welcoming的服务，确确实实让客人感到宾至如归。大堂会有欢迎入住的水果和饮品，干净明亮，房间空间布局合理，敞亮整洁。酒店用品环保又不失高档的感觉，早餐营养美味，让不爱吃早餐的我也吃了不少。工作人员热情、诚恳且虚心聆听客人的反馈，我和家人朋友都认为这个team让我们对铂顿这个品牌攒足好感度。江门本来就是侨都，会有很多来自海外的华人回来探亲，可以说这家酒店这种家庭式管家的模式让人耳目一新且好感倍增。已推荐给身边一众海外亲友。真心祝愿你们保持初心，越做越好。加油！

This hotel is very clean and good location, automatic toilet, shopping is just opposite and the cafe is just next to hotel made very nice coffee (I drunk hot latte 😋) there is Robot to delivery food to the room but I don’t know how to order online (Chinese) but I want to experience it then a girl at reception told me just put my small bag of fruit that I just bought from shopping and put in the Robot 🤖 so it delivered to my room. My relatives went to pick me up then We talked too much then forgot to check out and forget to give the room key to the hotel but They still refund 200 CNY back to me Thanks. I asked my relatives to send the key back to the hotel. I recommend to stay at this hotel if you to Jiangmen. 👌👌👍👍

First of all, the location is very good, and it is convenient to travel. There is a parking lot downstairs, and parking is convenient! The reception service at the front desk is very good, warm and thoughtful. The hotel does not have its own restaurant but the breakfast provided by McDonald's is also great! The room is fully smart, very nice, and the bedding is comfortable! Overall, it is a very cost-effective hotel!

The service was very good and check-in was convenient. Seeing that we had children with us, they took the initiative to upgrade the room. The view is also good. Clean and hygienic. I will choose here again next time I travel. Below is the shopping mall, shopping is very convenient.

The place was conveniently located and the staff was very helpful. Room was very nice and had almost everything you needed to have a comfortable stay!

The hotel lobby is grand and we free upgraded room as mentioned by the receptionist, however I do not see any different with the one I'm booking ) The hotel breakfast have variety of choice which consider good compare to other China hotel.

The services provided was good. Front desk staff provided very helpful guidance. There were a lot of free meals and buffets and entertainments. Location of the hotel is good because it closes to large mall with many restauarants.

It's just right for a family of four. The kids like it very much. Unfortunately, we encountered a red storm and couldn't go to the nearby children's park as planned. There are many places to eat near the hotel. The service attitude is very good

It's a very good hotel. The room is clean. The bed is super big and comfortable. The Kung Fu tea set in the room is a great experience. The environment and staff are very good. I can stay here for a few days without feeling bored. I will stay here again next time. The only thing that can be improved is that there is no door in the bathroom and there is no clothes hanger in the shower. After taking a shower, it is a bit cold when I have to go out to the washbasin to get dressed. If this can be improved, it will be full marks.
