The services provided was good. Front desk staff provided very helpful guidance. There were a lot of free meals and buffets and entertainments. Location of the hotel is good because it closes to large mall with many restauarants.

Booked 3 nights at this hotel with breakfast and it well worth. Clean and spacious room & good facilities. Its also convenient with a shopping mall right next door! The buffet breakfast comes with a good selection & the restaurant staff provided very good services. They even helped us to heat up the food that we bought from outside & are very attentive to our needs.

this Hotel was a 5star before 10years ago not now , so you shouldnt expect like a five - star hotel amenities, cleanless or services , you should cosider what you want to then choose it, in this Hotel you have any things that you need except refrigrator and air conditioner annoying due old age , but if you are here for business this hotel is a good offer you couldnt satisfied and you will like it , from 5 years ago each time come Xinhui this is one of my best choices

The hotel rooms are clean, the front desk service is also very good, the hotel also has a dedicated parking lot, the transportation is quite convenient, the hot spring area is quite large, the water quality is relatively clean, I took advantage of my free time to come to the hot springs with my family to relax, the overall feeling is very good, and the cost performance is relatively high!

The front desk staff are helpful, especially Ms CHENG. We arrived early before 1pm. She politely explained that there was a conference just ended and guests were checking out by noon. My friends and I are happy. The hotel is a bit outdated, but rooms are spacious and clean. All the toiletries, daily offer of 2 bottles of water, etc, are sufficient. I would suggest to change 3-in-1 coffee powder to drip coffee as guests are more health conscious nowadays. Nespresso machine is also another option. Buffet breakfast has many choices, but mostly Chinese food. Local dim sum are interesting, but may not preferred by all guests. There is no chef to fry eggs or omelette, but chef cooking soup noodles with many add-ons available. My friends and I noted that many items would not be refilled, or another item would replace the previous one. The coffee machine only offered Espresso or Americano, and I would suggest using more high quality coffee beans. The red date drink tasted very good. My friend also likes the HK style milk tea. There is an outdoor swimming pool, and a gym on the G/F, but air conditioning was hardly felt. It will be better to keep the temperature of the gym at a more comfortable level. My friend tried the massage service on 5/F and enjoyed. Overall, a nice comfortable stay at Pan Tower Hotel. However, we must call a taxi to take us to all sight-seeing spots. Need to use local apps for calling taxis.

We had a great view of the mountain. There aren’t anything near the hotel. You have to didi to places. The facilities for kids in the hotel was great. Outdoor pool and the activities were amazing. The play room was a little small but there were good options of arcades (self paid). Not much choice for breakfast.

I passed through Jiangmen Enping on a self-driving trip and wanted to find a better hot spring hotel. I finally booked this relatively new hotel. The hotel is very large and the rooms are large and gorgeous with a balcony. The lady at the front desk is polite and the Chinese restaurant is average. And delicious. Because I didn’t come here for the hot springs, but I went to take a dip. The hot springs are very special and have different national themes. It may be the off-season, and the hot springs are only 30% open, and the 30% hot spring pools don’t look very hygienic. Finally, it’s OK After a lap, I soaked for a few minutes and then left. Maybe it will be better in the peak season.
