Fantastic service provided by the service staffs at the reception areas during check-in, check-out and making other enquiries to interesting places. Very helpful, professional and a lot of patience.

Booked 3 nights at this hotel with breakfast and it well worth. Clean and spacious room & good facilities. Its also convenient with a shopping mall right next door! The buffet breakfast comes with a good selection & the restaurant staff provided very good services. They even helped us to heat up the food that we bought from outside & are very attentive to our needs.

this Hotel was a 5star before 10years ago not now , so you shouldnt expect like a five - star hotel amenities, cleanless or services , you should cosider what you want to then choose it, in this Hotel you have any things that you need except refrigrator and air conditioner annoying due old age , but if you are here for business this hotel is a good offer you couldnt satisfied and you will like it , from 5 years ago each time come Xinhui this is one of my best choices

I came here with my friends. We took advantage of the time to check in at the filming location of ”Kuangbi” in Jiangmen. When we were almost done playing, we thought about going to Taishan to soak in the hot springs to relieve our fatigue. It took us about an hour to drive to the hotel. The service attitude of the front desk staff was very good. The hotel room and hot springs were great. We were very satisfied!

I forgot to take a piece of clothing when I left the hotel, and the waiter KIKI, Ms. Zhao Wanxia, ​​called to confirm and helped to mail it back. Her serious and responsible work attitude touched me and I will come again next time.

1. Check-in process Friendly and nice staff at the front-desk. Very kind and helpful. 2. Restaurants Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to dine but perhaps next time. 3. Gym Unfortunately the gym is going though renovation and cannot use it during my 4 night stay. 4. Location Great location for shuttle bus pick up and drop off as well as taxis, but if you are looking to wander around. Unfortunately not the best location as you need a car or taxi. This has been emphasised a lot, so best to take on board this advice if you looking for convenience nearby. 5. Laundry Unfortunately, you have to pay extra per item on laundry. No self service laundry. 6. Check-out Smooth and quick. Staff was polite at check-out to wish the rest of our journey to be smooth and well. Feedback/Improvement I think the service and hospitality from front-desk and their rotation on the front door is nice and different from other hotels. Unfortunately, I haven’t encountered anyone who used English with me but it isn’t a problem. I was just curious because having bilingual staff in the location is definitely a bonus. It is something you see in bigger cities and in other hotels. Rooms are outdated in style and amenities. Nevertheless it is clean. It would be good to see rooms to be renovated and updated as newer hotels are better accommodating and utilising better services/functionalities. Heated flooring would be nice for the bathroom but none found during our stay.

I came to vacation with my lover, this Grand Hyatt Hotel is so 🉑! The room is warm and cozy, and the golf course is green and pleasing to the eye. The double skin milk for breakfast is smooth, and the beef brisket noodles are fragrant, and the products are also superb. We swam in the heated swimming pool and then went to the billiard room to play two shots to enhance our relationship. In the evening, we went to the Harbour City Seafood Restaurant for a big meal, which was super convenient. The hotel has thoughtful service, convenient parking, and a leisurely atmosphere. I give it a full score without hesitation!

The room is generally OK, after all, it is a brand. But there are some details that are a bit annoying: 1. The ingredients of the dinner hot pot are not good, or they have been frozen for a long time, so they can't be rinsed or chewed. 2. The bathtub drain button in the room is broken, and the waiter has to come up to wash the dishes and open it. 3. The trash can in the room is not equipped with a trash bag, which is quite weird. 4. The toothbrush cup is actually plastic. 5. There is only one elevator room in the middle of such a long building. It is inconvenient to go downstairs if you live in the side rooms. But the sunset is still beautiful.

I passed through Jiangmen Enping on a self-driving trip and wanted to find a better hot spring hotel. I finally booked this relatively new hotel. The hotel is very large and the rooms are large and gorgeous with a balcony. The lady at the front desk is polite and the Chinese restaurant is average. And delicious. Because I didn’t come here for the hot springs, but I went to take a dip. The hot springs are very special and have different national themes. It may be the off-season, and the hot springs are only 30% open, and the 30% hot spring pools don’t look very hygienic. Finally, it’s OK After a lap, I soaked for a few minutes and then left. Maybe it will be better in the peak season.

The hotel environment is very comfortable. Christmas is coming soon, and the atmosphere is very strong. The room design is novel and the decoration is beautiful. The front desk clerks Nicole, Lucy and Qiaoling are warm and friendly. I will often recommend friends to come here.
