作為曾經的地標因城市外拓發展顯得老舊、跟不上時代，房間設施有點老，入住還要交一百按金，房間有陽台可通風，這住的陽台剛好向北可以遠眺圭峯山，彷彿到了某個旅遊小城，也算意外收穫。
