設施：4星 看得出來裝修是可以的 但是就是外表看起來是豪華型 第一間房 床頭那面牆是沒有電的 不能插電 有一個燈也沒有電 之後管家阿姨來了 人很好 幫我們換了旁邊的房間
另一間房更離譜 家人沖涼的時候才發現沐浴露是沒有的 已經用完了 然後洗手盆下水有問題 水不能排出去
早餐 本來就是為了現整的腸粉才最後訂的這間酒店 結果發現腸粉機壞了 也不及時修理 直接就不提供腸粉 若大個餐廳只有2個服務員 人手不足 咖啡機兩部 一部咖啡渣滿 沒人倒 另一部沒咖啡豆 也要客人提醒才去換
酒店最大的問題就是人員培訓管理的問題 想做5星酒店 但工作人員缺乏培訓 每一個員工都沒有服務意識 看見客人不會主動問好 就賓館的質素吧 設施也保養維護得不好 萬達酒店的通病 虛有其表 試過不同地方的幾次萬達了 都不行 就暴發戶的感覺吧

酒店🏨的位置十分優越，旁邊就是萬達廣場，有大型超市🧐，買東西方便，酒店擁有大型室內停車場，吃的茶點都不錯

酒店的設施很高級，地理位置在CBD，去啟明裡三十三墟街和明星公園等景點也很方便，禮賓roy&前台may和nikko經理服務態度都很好，住得也比較舒心，一切符合五星級酒店的標準甚至超出預期。一起出遊，酒店還提供小童洗漱產品，很細緻。下次來江門還住這家酒店。感謝！

The hotel is next to Wanda Plaza, with a good location and convenient transportation. The lobby is decorated with Jiangmen characteristics. The service butler helped me upgrade the room, which was very quiet and comfortable. He recorded my preferences when I checked out, and the service was very considerate. The robot food delivery was also great. The overall experience was very good. I will come here again next time I return to Jiangmen
