The sister at the front desk was very friendly. Maybe because of the typhoon, many families canceled their trips and gave us a late check-out. The kids had a great time booking the slide room. There is a small platform next to the rainbow pool where you can barbecue and watch the fields. It is relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely come back next time!

What a terrible stay. There are no other facilities around the hotel, only a restaurant and a children's playground. The children's playground is very hot. If you leave a fan under the iron sheet for a long time, you will suffer from heatstroke. The slide is not slippery, so you have to use your feet to help. The waves in the wave pool are gray. As for Xishui District, the water quality is not good and very dirty. The entire play area is suitable for children aged 3-10 years old. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel room, and the phone was broken. I couldn't contact the service desk, so I had to rely on WeChat. There was no refrigerator in the room, and there was no ice provided. The wall base is damaged, the air conditioner is leaking, the bathroom door is misplaced, the lamp is broken, and there is no surrounding lamp design, so there are 2 sets of lamps. The location is far away from the city, it is difficult to call a taxi, and the hotel will not help. Wei's customer service attitude is very good.

I had a great time~ But I feel that the cleanliness needs to be improved. There are things left by previous residents on the bedside table on the second floor. The pillows feel a bit smelly to me. The paper cups on the first floor are open, but overall it is good. It is a bit expensive, but Good value for money. The format of breakfast morning tea is great. It satisfies the eating habits of Cantonese people. You can have it at any time you want. We all like to drink morning tea. It tastes good and the price is affordable. We are very satisfied.

這次入住酒店的體驗超棒！一踏入酒店，温馨的親子主題佈置就令人眼前一亮。房間裏可愛的卡通裝飾、專為孩子準備的上下鋪和玩具，細節滿滿。酒店的親子活動豐富多彩，工作人員也特別熱情（表揚入住當天的小哥哥和第二天退房的小姐姐），真的給我們帶來了滿滿的驚喜與歡樂。酒店美食也是很驚喜，早餐雖然是套餐，但真的好吃啊！

這是我們住過這麼多次酒店第一次給差評的酒店！一晚快八百的房費，如果你的服務，設施，環境都跟得上！我們都沒有任何問題，畢竟這個價格我們是ok的！但是從辦理入住開始就很無語！1、叫親子酒店，所以我們肯定是帶着小朋友來，2點前到達，等到快四點才能入住，其中問什麼時候可以入住，都説不知道！阿姨沒搞完衞生！等發訊息説可以入住後，結果我們上次，有一間房阿姨根本沒搞完衞生！等搞好了之後！裏面非常臭！當然後面給換了房，折騰到這裏已經四點半了！請問，入住延遲了兩個半小時，退房卻是必須12點退房的！ 2、一進去，説是搞完衞生的房間，在地上發現了飲料瓶罐！陽台的地面是臟兮兮的，當時也懶得拍了！ 3、快八百的房費，茶包都沒有！洗髮水也沒有放，放了兩瓶護髮素！ 4、睡到半夜，樓上突然傳來蹦蹦蹦的很大的響聲和吵鬧聲！隔音非常差！ 5、第二天睡醒，發現床架是爛的. 好，這些我都算了！ 而到最後！退房了，小朋友想吃雪糕，讓酒店前台開下冰櫃買雪糕！前台説很忙，沒空！！！ 退房和攜程溝通這個酒店的這些服務，攜程還是給了很好的處理，但是據説酒店不做任何處理，因為反正我們退房了，他們無所謂！所以今天我一定給這家酒店差評！看到的親們慎重考慮！

我們訂的是日落雙床房，2張1.5米的。房間能看到綠油油的田野，陽台看下去就是彩虹泳池，孩子小的記得自行帶游泳圈，晚上5點-9點可以玩（節假日）孩子玩得很開心。酒店對面就是遊樂園，波波池，滑梯，等等，我們最喜歡玩的彩虹滑道和水上樂園。水上樂園最好下午和晚上去玩，我們中上午去玩都中暑了，頭疼。孩子過來玩一定得玩水，太開心了！還有酒店這裡有個餐廳，早餐能飲早茶，午餐必須在下午2點前吃，2點就下班了。晚餐5點開始，那個砂鍋雞和炒麪挺好吃的。價格都是正常價，不會比外面貴。整體可以的，比較滿意！哦，還有一些建議，酒店洗澡房裡麪沒架子放衣服，而且洗澡房的玻璃模糊的也能看到裏面的人，都是一個家庭的就比較😅尷尬了，還有抽紙巾有點兒少，建議每次加多一點抽紙巾

在網上看到這個酒店特別適合遛娃，然後看到也有吐槽這個酒店的不好，特地來踩坑一下。來到之後可以果然沒選錯，首先我們是非週末來玩，我們6個大人，3個小朋友包場，室內的遊樂場沒想象中那麼熱，有很多把空調扇，然後室外的遊樂場比較熱所以我們沒玩，但是答應了小朋友秋天一定二刷這家酒店。其次酒店工作人員非常熱情，可能也是非旺季，主動跟我們説可以延遲退房，讓寶寶們睡個中午覺後再來退房，不用因為早上玩完遊樂場之後急匆匆地趕走我們，這真的是第一次見。真的要點個贊。然後最最最主要的是3個家庭6張早餐券共150塊，可以抵扣早上喝早茶的金額，我們6大三小點了一堆東西吃才100多塊，太值了。

非常不錯的親子樂園酒店，水上樂園室內室外無動力樂園動物農場，太適合遛娃了。房間還是不錯的，就是桌子上有螞蟻，可能因為近田野的關係。

孩子們喜歡的滑梯房，玩得不亦樂乎。離彩虹泳池很近。室內和户外的遊樂場可二天無限次進出遊玩，項目挺多，是個帶娃的好去處。

房間很新，設計也很好很歡樂。說實話就是有點偏僻，但是有車就不怕。去新會所以住了一晚，沒去玩它的設施。

珠三角城市有這種的親子民宿真的不錯，帶有電梯和私家泳池，比一般民宿更方便，民宿周邊都是田園風景，很是寫意，如果覺得自家泳池不夠玩，還可以去對面的遊玩中心耍耍，住宿免費進園，額外才29元/每人。大夏天裡麪的水上樂園不錯，但裏面的更衣中心比較簡陋，慎用。
