The service is okay, parking is available, it is a three-dimensional garage, and the staff will enter the garage together every time to guide parking and operation. The hotel's facilities are relatively old. For example, the upper walls look a bit dirty, and the toothbrushes and toothpaste provided are also of poor quality. I feel that the quality control of each City Convenience store is also relatively uneven, and the dry and wet separation is not done well. The bathroom is full of Water, there was a faint smell of smoke when I first entered the room, the air conditioner didn't work very well, it wasn't very cool, and the overall facilities were difficult to use.

This time when I was traveling in Taishan, Jiangmen, I had a great experience staying at the City Comfort Inn Jiangmen Taishan Pedestrian Street! The location is excellent, just near the pedestrian street, it is very convenient to go shopping and find delicious food, and there are all kinds of shops around. The hotel room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and I slept very well at night, without dreams. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out are fast, and they also recommend local fun places. The price-performance ratio is super high, I will stay here next time I come here!

1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

I go to so many cities every year. This is the most satisfying hotel in Guangdong for many years. Not to mention 100 points, at least 95, no tide, no mildew, new equipment, service is good, mattress is also very comfortable, the key key price is very satisfactory, I will still choose his home when I come to Jiangmen in the future!

This hotel is very very new and I was told that it only opened a few months before my stay in September 2024. There is some distance from the nearest market but there are some stores (pharmacy, convenient stores) along the way. I would definitely come back when I am around the area. This is the best hotel around Hecheng Town

The room was very clean. The girl at the front desk upgraded me to a larger room for free. The service attitude was very good. Parking at the gate was very convenient and the breakfast was good.
