The room was nice, but the air conditioning wasn't very cool and the WiFi signal was weak. I noted on the Ctrip platform that I tried not to book a side room and redeemed for a late check-out. Perhaps the communication between the platform and the hotel wasn't smooth, so the hotel gave me a side room and still followed the original check-out time. They also said I could only extend my check-out by an hour if I left a good review on the platform. I figured it was better to leave it as is. After my stay, I thought the room was pretty good. There's no need to set a threshold of ”good reviews for late check-out” or just make it clear on the platform.
