GGuest UserAmong the various hotels and homestays around the Kaiping Diaolou Scenic Area, Liyuan B&B is a very distinctive one. Its appearance is solemn and beautiful, standing alone in the middle of a rice field. It feels like a European castle. At first glance, it has attracted me who was browsing the Ctrip website!
1. Liyuan B&B was converted from a real Diaolou. The front building is a two-story old school structure ”Daoming School”, and the back building is a four-story Diaolou. The entire B&B is like a work of art, fully interpreting the beauty of the combination of Chinese and Western architecture. Every detail can see the designer's careful thoughts, and every angle can be a painting
2. I added WeChat with the front desk customer service for the convenience of consultation when I booked the room. The two beauties at the front desk answered every question I asked, and the answers were detailed and thoughtful, which made me feel very relieved. Even if people haven't gone yet, they are actually familiar with the basic information of the B&B. After arriving, he answered all my questions and told me everything he knew, which was very heartwarming.
3. The B&B is a 2-minute drive from Liyuan. Even from the parking lot where we parked, we can see the B&B directly across the road. Hahaha, it's so interesting.
4. There are many free sweet soups and sour plum soups in the lobby to relieve the summer heat for friends who come from afar. To be honest, I felt very comfortable as soon as I sat down and drank the cool sweet soup, looked at the exquisite decorations in the lobby, and felt the breeze. I didn't want to move for a long time.
5. There are more than a dozen guest rooms, each of which is different, with its own characteristics and perspectives.
6. There is a spacious outdoor area where you can play football, drink tea, and take a walk. Climb to the roof of the back tower to overlook the surrounding rice fields.
7. A nutritious breakfast was given. Although it is not as gorgeous and rich as a five-star hotel, it is indeed a home-cooked taste. Simple is good. The key is that the restaurant has a great atmosphere. Sitting there and eating breakfast with my family, I felt peaceful and enjoyable.
8. When I left, the front desk lady also gave me a small gift: a refrigerator magnet and a coaster, which were customized by the B&B and are very memorable small items.
Thanks to Liyuan B&B, our family had a great time and spent a memorable May Day holiday!

Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up.

Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too.
4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room
Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked.
5. Laundry
They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes.
The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it.
6. Check-out
Very quick and smooth.
7. Location
Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break.
Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion)
1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important.
2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures.
3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular).
4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use.
Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

TTaishan LauI visit Taishan 3 or 4 times a year during the last couple of years and Mandarin Elegant Hotel has been my go-to hotel most of time. The room and beds are very comfortable. I like the location. it is close to a mall with good selection of shops and restaurants; walking distance to the HK airport bus; buses to Kowloon departures from the hotel and it is about 15 mins ride to Taishan Station and the Taishan bus station. Stuff is very responsive for my issues. The most recent visit, a group of ten of my family member stayed at this hotel and everyone was very satisfied with the place.

RRandy.ChungHeshan QuanZhi Hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious and well-lit lobby, combined with soft lighting, created a relaxing ambiance.
I stayed in a deluxe double room, which was stylishly decorated and comfortable. The large floor-to-ceiling windows allowed plenty of natural light to fill the room. The room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mini-bar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The hotel offers a wide range of amenities. The fitness center is well-equipped and perfect for fitness enthusiasts. The indoor pool is the perfect place to relax after a long day. Additionally, the hotel has a restaurant and a bar, providing guests with plenty of dining options.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were efficient in checking me in, and the housekeeping staff were attentive to detail.
While the breakfast selection was not extensive, the quality was good. There were various types of bread, fresh fruits, salads, and made-to-order noodles, catering to different tastes.
The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the city center and major attractions.
There are a few areas where the hotel could improve. For example, the soundproofing in the rooms could be better, as I could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. Additionally, the hotel's parking lot can get crowded during peak hours.
Overall, Heshan QuanZhi Hotel is a great hotel. The comfortable accommodations, excellent amenities, and friendly service made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Heshan.
