可能是入住率低的原因，很多燈都沒有開，沒有那種燈火通明的感覺！客服人員也是神龍見首不見尾！一點都沒有酒店和家的感受！且入住那天因為停水，廁所無法使用！

這家酒店真不錯！環境好，周圍是青山綠水，看着可舒服了，就像住在畫裏一樣。裝修風格我特別喜歡，進到酒店感覺很温馨。它離景區遊客中心很近，開車就五分鐘，去玩可方便了。服務也特別好，工作人員都很熱情，有啥需求都能很快幫我們解決。總之，住這兒是個很棒的選擇，推薦給大家！

精美伴手禮:可攜帶的抹茶盒～～
環境：房間非常乾淨，設計人性化，特別是在家庭房中安排的鞦韆小床，令人安心～還有大浴缸大景觀
細節也做的很到位，拖鞋有踩屎感，也有女士護理包
酒店大堂也很藝術感，合作的周邊都是具匠心的。來梵凈山度假的朋友們不容錯過～

酒店地理位置特別好，完全的獨立空間，離梵凈山景區大門不到三公里，有山有水，設計高端大氣，配套設施完善，房間設計也是相當高端，特別感謝總枱帥哥不光解決了我沒有提前預約門票的困擾，尤其是對於拾金不昧的精神（本人不甚將手機遺落在酒店大堂角落）大力讚揚，這麼棒的酒店必然會生意興隆
