牆皮脱落、發黴算是他家較輕的缺點了。入住時，我們定了兩間不同價位的房間，但是商家統一給我們安排在了更便宜的房型。投訴後還美其名曰，方便你們住得近。第二，我給父母訂含早餐的房間，為什麼商家早上還要問我父母收取早餐錢？父母給我打電話，我及時自證他們的房間含早餐，最後才沒有收費。入住體驗極差，衞生條件極差。

對待賓館民宿我一向很寬容。可以看我其他住宿點評，但這次我必須吐槽。第一，我在攜程上訂的是一個4人間套房，我帶兩個孩子去，家長肯定要跟孩子住在一起的。到店以後被告知套房沒有了，可以改為兩個單間。問我是否入住？我很為難，不住吧已經很晚了，我去哪兒找房間？住吧，讓兩個孩子住一起我有點不放心。其實店家如果沒有套房了，應該跟攜程溝通，提前通知我，我當然會再去選擇其他旅店。也不通知我，到了以後才跟我説，我衹能被迫接受，其實是心有不甘的。第二，也是重點。本來想着兩個孩子住一起就一晚，應該不會發生什麼意外。但不出意外，意外還是發生了。夜裡12:30孩子給我打電話。説有東西落在了大腿上，他們開燈發現一衹大馬蜂。我趕緊過去，但實在找不到。屋裡很多犄角旮旯兒，都是馬蜂藏身之處，我們也不好找。通知前台，前台有個小夥子拿着殺蟲劑就上來了，我説這殺蟲劑沒用，得先把馬蜂找到，你去找個長棍兒來，咱們翻翻。他找了個棍子來，我們繼續找，最後在窗簾背面兒發現了大馬蜂。我用窗簾把大馬蜂裹住，隔着窗簾把馬蜂拍死。前台小哥把馬蜂用紙包好帶走了。對於山區蚊蟲多，我可以理解。但這種事情還是比較嚴重，多虧孩子沒被馬蜂蟄傷。注意，這是一衹大馬蜂，不是蜜蜂，比蜜蜂要長一倍。也是不幸中的萬幸。酒店的設施也存在漏洞。牆板中間有很大的縫隙，可以讓這些蚊蟲進出。如果及時整改應該是可以避免的。折騰到快一點，繼續入睡很晚了。第二天6點出發登梵凈山，也沒吃他們家早餐，遊覽過程由於睡眠不足，真的很辛苦。總的來説，由於店家房間安排的不負責任和環境的漏洞，給孩子造成了人身風險，一家人衹睡了4個多小時。嚴重影響了遊覽。希望引起店家重視，遊客們也要注意上述風險。

Best staff ever! They will help you with everything and they are very kind. Went to the Fanjing Shan mountain and they helped me with the tickets, also they brought me to the ticket office even it was 10 minutes walk.
