酒店的環境以及設計無可挑剔，風景雅緻。
但設定，服務，衞生都有很大不足。
首先是床品，內裝，智能團隊都有損壞跡象，牆面開裂，床頭解體，榻榻米的質感差，使用雜牌的空調導致夜晚運行時噪音非常大，影響酒店整體的高端雅緻氛圍。
產品的布料不是使用高織棉，有洗滌後發硬的感覺，被子疊法看齊招待所，整個酒店靠近水源，風景上有極大加分，但帶來的是房屋環境潮濕，特別陰冷。
民宿裏面經常只有一個人值班，沒有服務人手。這估計和淡季也有關係。
作為一個可算是走遍天下高星酒店豪華酒店，精品民宿度假村的人，我認為這個民宿，在外觀建築設計硬件及設計思路上，達到了精品境界。
但是在管理水平上，老闆對於酒店床品，內裝服務細節，理解遠欠火候，特別是需要人力進行衞生服務維持，但現實卻幾乎使用了最低等級的運營標準。顯然酒店的運營維護人員是把這個精品度假村，當做一般的鄉村招待所（二星）來運營管理了，可惜可惜。

民宿位於河邊，有一線景色，我們房間露台離水很近，在室外也可以遮雨。房間很大，設施新，衞生乾淨，中西餐廳可以點餐，味道很不錯。早餐豐富，宵夜很有品味，有VIP的感覺。老闆可以幫忙叫車接送高鐵，自己開車送我們去周邊和梵凈山，服務好棒。此行非常滿意。

服務非常好，老闆很貼心！庭院也很漂亮，推薦推薦超推薦。本來看之前有評論説服務差還擔心來着，因為很喜歡它的庭院還是訂了，入住之後真的給了我們很多驚喜，可能也是因為我們本身期待也不高，以後也會推薦家人朋友的。

梵凈山的門票太搶手了，起了個大早刷了一個小時都沒搶到，但是預訂了這家酒店真的讓我覺得不虛此行👍🏻，小院設計的特別好，無論是園林，景觀，茶室，咖啡，早餐都讓我覺得雖然沒有如願去到景點，但是旅途因為有了這個酒店很完美:-D
