民宿最大的優點是在梵凈山景區裏面靠近入口，早上起來的時候可以直接下到景區門口然後第一波排隊上山。如果當天沒預約到第一批上山的時間，住這個民宿也可以跟第一批一起上山。
早餐民宿會提供簡單的粉面粥，但如果你自己有準備其他的口糧也沒關係，早餐不是強制買。
住這個民宿主要是為了能夠最早一批上山不用預約金頂，沒有這個需求或者對住宿要求比較高的慎重選擇。
房間設施按照在山裡的要求來講還可以了，洗浴乾濕分離，智能馬桶。可惜裝修運用了大量原木風等元素，山裡潮濕➕之前的客人吸煙都導致了黴味和煙味混合在房間，對氣味敏感的人慎重考慮，這個味道我個人是無法承受基本上一晚上沒睡好就盼着天亮早點走，但我老公倒頭睡了一晚。或許做成偏宅寂風或半工業可能會好一點點，同時避免用容易潮濕的傢俱吧。
清潔方面有待提高，床單被褥翻看了一下還算乾淨，但是煙味還是有點大，然後有些小黑點，也不知道是黴點洗不掉還是被客人煙灰燙了，地板不是很乾凈感覺全沒拖，房間裏的凳子這些傢俱稍微一挪，底下全是黑點點，感覺清潔阿姨進房間也也沒有挪傢俱打掃。
老闆和老闆娘態度很好，也比較熱情樸實，會到景區門口接送，的確有認真地在服務客户。
總結就是，想要第一批上山上金頂，對住宿要求不高，早上不想住在山外起太早的人可以選擇。如果需要換票的，記得提前換票。如果沒預約上最早一批還是想最早上山，也可以選擇。如果對住宿和飲食要求比較高，還是想第一批上山，需要自己預約最早上山的時間，選擇住在景區附近條件好的酒店早上早點起來，趕在開門第一波排隊是一樣的。

房間不錯的，就是中間換了房間，因為是節假日，老闆可能看我訂的價格比較低，給我換了倆間複式。老闆家的餐一般，不推薦，早餐20一位。唯一很好地方是可以早去。完全不用排隊。

梵凈山腳下，景區中，院子裏有顆很大的梔子樹，孩子們在嬉戲打鬧，一家人在燒烤炊煙裊裊，老闆一家熱情招呼吃飯，嚐到了地道美食，老闆不是老闆娘，是個堅強大方善良美麗熱情的姑娘。對於遊客來説，第一個到達紅雲金頂，感謝老闆幫忙。梵凈山很美，來這別看別的酒店了。

因為提前一天衹預約到了下午2點多的票，果斷定了熊家小院最後一間大床房，老闆到停車場接到民宿，第二天一大早統一安排早飯後出發坐車，成為正式開門前第一批上山的遊客。行程一切順利，紅雲金頂，老金頂，蘑菇石均打卡，除了12點多下山排了幾分鐘索道，其他無排隊。非常值得！
