房間衞生還可以,有冰箱 從進酒店就有人接待,到入住都有管家領路,酒店就在梵凈山山腳下,環境很棒,綠色深呼吸。
管家給了一份非常棒的遊玩梵凈山攻略,全程很輕鬆 不排隊 不擁擠。給管家小磊點贊👍🏻

這個酒店我們住了三天。房間很乾凈整潔，也挺大的，景觀很好。我們遇到一位叫小磊的服務員，特別熱情細緻，還親自開車接送我們去梵凈山，趕上天下雨還幫我們借了傘，非常好的小夥子。前台服務員也是笑容可掬的，餐食品種少了點，連吃了幾天貴州飯菜感覺實在是太鹹太油是不動了，很想晚餐吃頓粥了，餐廳服務員特別好，特意幫我們做了一頓菜粥（原本晚餐是沒有粥的）。特別值得一提的是，我們在酒店大堂賣硃砂飾品的店面遇到一位小女孩，當時我們剛用完晚餐突然偶遇上瞬間停電，小孩寬慰我們不要着急，還給我們沏了茶，和我們聊天，介紹銅仁，小女孩甜甜的特別可愛，可惜沒問她的名字，衹知道她家是銅仁的。當晚我們想給她送點我們帶的水果，可惜她下班了就沒見到她。她為酒店增光不少！在這裏我們祝她一切順利、一切都好！

房間乾淨整潔，酒店環境非常好，如果不是自駕出酒店吃飯不太方便。需要找酒店幫忙接送，這個是需要付費用的。

房間挺大的內部也不錯，服務人員都能親切地回覆各種問題，但是作為五星級酒店早餐未免太差了點，酒店內標識不明顯，吃完早餐之後想在花園溜達一下走了兩圈沒找到入口放棄了。。
