本着促進店家提升和改善服務水平和質量的前提下做以下客觀評價:1.準時接送，接送到梵凈山入口處。2.餐飲衞生需改善。到達當天在民宿吃的晚餐，不得不説分量足，味道也可以，但是吃了以後肚子一直難受整個晚上都沒睡着，想吐吐不出來，吃東西也吃不下，導致第二天去爬梵凈山一度暈倒，勉強下山後一直到第二天下午吞口水都感覺是民宿晚餐的味道，肚子也一直不舒服，第二天晚上發燒，直到第三天才有所好轉，此前多次出遊都沒有遇到過類似情況，當天除了吃了民宿的晚餐也沒有吃任何其他平時不吃的東西，不知道是食材的問題還是油或者其他問題反正吃了民宿的晚餐之後到今天一直也沒有食慾，希望店家改進。3.服務需提升。當天到達以後天氣很冷，民宿的空調調到了30度還是不暖和，向老闆再要一床被子老闆説被子已經是最厚的了也沒有被子可以加，導致晚上睡覺一直很冷。當天查看了民宿入住情況，貌似是全部訂滿了，估計是這個原因就沒有被子可以加，但是作為熱門景點民宿，既然選擇春節期間開業，加上今年春節天氣較冷，應該做好客人需要添加被子的準備。
綜上，整體體驗感一般，一般都是默認好評的我本着提升店家服務質量的前提下作此評價，有則改之無則加勉。

房間設備很新，老闆夫妻非常好講。老闆開的私房菜味道非常贊。我們回來還和老闆買了他家自己做的辣味。接送我們去景區。自願給好評

酒店位置很好，還有免費接送梵凈山景區。老闆一家人都非常和善，除夕夜本來以為沒得吃，老闆娘專門給我們做了一頓大餐。餐廳出品也是很不錯。尤其是魚很好吃。推薦來梵凈山的住這家民宿。
