酒店接送站服務確實很方便帶有小孩和長者的家庭，劍門關當天下雨，匆匆返回酒店，泡泡温泉小孩很開心，雖然牛黃的味道不太習慣！

房間已經跟不上時代了，馬桶裏麪沖出來的水居然是黑色的，不過這些都能理解，房間，温泉都還可以。
服務：其他服務都可以，就是進温泉的那個檢票的服務員太差，我們一家三口第一次進專門給了小童票，等泡完回房間洗完澡，第二次進温泉還是收小童票，都説給過了，就是不聽，查了半天最後是自己忘記登記房號了，而且也不道歉，還在那裡和我們爭執，什麼服務，差勁的要死，必須差評

洗温泉很好的酒店，雖然我浪費了温泉票。如果温泉可以水可以進入房間就更好了，早餐時間還未到很多菜就沒有了，這點真的不好。希望可以改進人性化一些
