服務:
2024年遇到服務最差的酒店,前台和未受訓沒區別,不懂如何正常接待。
抱着期望滿心期待,想去預訂團體訂單,服務太差!
欺詐消費者:
1.預訂時圖片與實物房間不符,後面是農房和大馬路,不是圖片精修版。
2.欺詐消費者,入住時告知全酒店2樓以上所有房間都滿了,衹有1樓一個破位置的。理論以後才給了4樓的房間,所以不是沒房,是故意不給。優先安排差的房間出去。當心上當!!!
Service:
In 2024, I met the hotel with the worst service. There was no difference between the front desk and the untrained one, and I didn't know how to receive it normally. Looking forward to it, I want to book a group order, and the service is too bad!

設施:
空調機不行,開/關閉以後都整晚有噪音全程在響,加上後面的馬路和人來人往講話,無法好好休息。
不會做服務的酒店,屬於本地土著方式管理。
酒店員工相互包庇,遇事不向上彙報,並且無佩戴人員工牌,問其姓名不敢回答。真糟糕。
