這次因為一些原因提前升級房間，最後入住的是樂享大床房1306房間。
環境：幾乎就在古城的正中央，古城正中南北向是一條古街，十字路口向西走一二十米就到民宿門口。民宿大門是用一個神祠的門牌修復的，其他部分應該是新建的。這個房間在三樓視野很好很舒服，有條件的話推薦選擇。
衞生：沒什麼可以挑錯的，整體日常用的不用的部分都很乾凈，也沒有落灰什麼的
服務：服務很好，會主動拉一個微信羣，推薦附近的景點飯店內容，早飯有豆腐包和看起來像是綠豆糕的糕都很好吃
設施：設施裝修高於預期了，一開始覺得住古鎮民宿主要是地段好，房間都是民房風格，但這家實際就是標準的舒適中高檔酒店裝修。
但是其他項滿分這裏扣了半分，有兩點有改進空間：一是沒有提供洗衣機（不需要房間內自帶，可以是民宿內公用的，哪怕掃碼付費那種），二是中央空調似乎出風衹能出24度的，調更低温度衹會不停的吹24度的風。
建德旅遊的一大宣傳就是新安江避暑，夏天出汗多還時不時有雨，衣服需要頻繁換洗應該是可以預期的常見情況，搜了下附近沒有付費自助洗衣機衹有高檔洗衣店，其他民宿酒店倒是很多提供洗衣機。然後空調24度本身還好，但是濕度略偏大，然後酒店附帶的被子也比較厚，組合到一起睡覺就會略顯悶熱。
